Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. For international orders, shipping is available to select countries; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@velocitymfg.com so we can assist you. Additionally, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, notify us within two days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not accept returns. If the item has not been used, you are able to exchange your item in for another part.
